If you would like to return your order, or part of your order, because you have changed your mind, you may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days after your parcel has arrived.

Important Information
Balaclavas
For hygiene reasons, opened balaclavas are excluded from returns.
Please make sure that the item is unused, complete and returned in suitable packaging.
Orders Outside the European Union
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not resident in a Member State of the European Union and whose sole delivery address is located outside the European Union.
How to Return Your Order
Step 1 — Complete the Return Form
Please complete the return form and include it with your return shipment.
This helps us clearly identify your parcel and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Important: Opened hygiene-related products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will review and process your refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of your returned goods.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for the order.
If you paid by credit card, the refunded amount will usually appear on your next credit card statement.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by you.
